Hi I have read on a few posts that a vomiting and diarroeah (sp?) could be a sign of labour and that some methods to try and bring on labour have something to do with causing v&d ie, castor oil.
I was up all last night with a really bad stomach, the pain almost unbearable, and am feeling sick again now, almost morning sickness type thing, for the past few days its started at about the same time, although i have eaten nothing out of the ordinary, and exactly the same as my dp, and he is fine, so basically feeling sick for no reason. Does any1 think this might be the start of something, or if its just a bug could it possibly bring on prem labour, sorry first baby, probably am just worrying too much.

How many weeks are you. I found that From weeks 34 onwards I was sick really easily, sometimes caused just by the baby moving around. Also I would get the runs which the GP thought were caused by the baby causing pressure on my bowel. All not pleasant but nothing sinister.

Are you able to keep down enough fluids?
