TENS machine instructions needed!

Hi everyone,

I know this is a long shot, but I lent my TENS machine to a friend and she seems to have lost the instructions. I have 7 weeks to go (and baby no. 1 was almost 2 weeks early, so I´m a bit paranoid about going into labour early), and was wondering if anyone happens to have the LogiSTIM TN-11 and could email me ([email protected]) a scan of the labour-related part of the instructions? I know it's a huge ask, but I would be really grateful!

Thanks,

Hazel

Hey, If you make a same-day appointment with the physical therpy people, you can ask them to demonstrate it to you. Might be easiest thing to do

Thanks! Unfortunately it doesn't have the instructions for labour but it's a start.

have you googled it or contacted the manufacturer? thats usually how i find manuals. tens really helps btw! just make sure you use it early enough, the later you leave it the less effective it is.
