Advice Needed Re birth of baby no 3

Hi there
Hope someone can give me some advice as i am not sure what to do. Forst DC was born prematurely after long labour and back to back but no major complications, discovered in labour i had group b strep, dc developed slight infection but was dealt with. DC2 born at 41 weeks weighing a whopping 9lb 9oz, labour only 2 hours so no time for antibiotics for group b strep, he also developed a slightly harsher form of infection but was ok. Now am 27 weeks pregnant and have been told baby is in breach position (although plenty of time to turn), Baby has eptopic heartbeat which basically means it is missing beats and i need to be scanned and monitored regularly, will not know full extent of how this will affect the baby until after s/he is born, on top of this have been told regardless of previous children developing infections i will NOT be given antibiotics during labour to prevent group b strep infection.
My worst fear has always been to have a casaerean but now am seriously considering electing to have one, anyone got any advice they can offer me, thoughts, opinions anything to help me think a bit clearer!
Sorry for rambling on so much

have the drs told you why the won't give you antibiotics? also, do you know the probability/risk of DC3 contracting an infection on the way out? has anyone discussed what the impact of DC3 getting an infection might have on him/her given the cardiac issues?

yes they have said regardless of previous pregnancies the procedures regarding GBS have now changed and i wont get antibiotics. i have booked to see consultant to talk things through with him so hopefully will get a better idea of things then
