Ooooh, finally got round to putting up the birthing pool after it sat in the hall for a week...and oh I wish we'd done it earlier because it's FAB! So nice to feel weightless and totally floaty and relaxed. Love it and it's already worth every penny!

I got it from www.aquabirth.co.uk who are wonderful - they are the same pools as Gentle Water but cheaper. Soooooo comfortable.

Roll on my homebirth now!

Have got one coming from the same company. Is it one of those that stay heated? I'm looking forward to watching telly in mine at night as it's going to be in the lounge and water cleans itself! I'm 35 weeks

Yup, I thought I'd want to watch TV in it, but I don't. You get so blissed out all you want to do is bob about, maybe read a bit. It's wonderful! Cant' see me ever wanting to give it back.

In fact, just waiting for my cleaner to go home right now so I can get in and take the weight off my bump!

Just remember to draw the curtains ladies! A friend of mine looked out the window during labour to see eveeryone on a bus watching her!
