labour on its way?

I had a sweep today, Dr said my cervix is soft 1cm thick, im 2cm dilated and cervix anterior, I've just had alarge bloody show (sorry for tmi) afetr a long walk. do you think the sweep might have worked? Im 40 weeks today with second baby, first baby induced so not sure what to expect. I had a sweep at 41 weeks with first and got nothing so this bloody show seems positive?!

That is how mine worked started having shows after then 24 hours later bloody shows with cc dc2 born 48hours after sweep fingers crossed for you .

yeah i went for a long walk, put my ipod on and danced around haha i must of looked like a looney! Going to spend evening on my birthing ball. Its hard not to get excited! ill keep you posted.
