Throbbing pains in pelvic bone area!! any ideas?

ds2 is now 11weeks and all is well except that i occasionally, mostly at night or on waking get throbbing pains which feel like in pelvic bone/skin at top of vagina?? any ideas? had rather quicj but very intense vaginal delivery but with no stitches?

i also had pains feeling like something was pressing/shooting hard against my pubic bone,I talked to a mate who's an osteopath and she said it was likely that my pelvis, sacrum and/or pubic bone were misaligned after the birth. she did a very quick non intrusive procedure to realign everything and so far so good no more pain! it involved her pushing on my knees in a inward movement so nothing to it really... and the relief was instant!
