Hi,

My child seems to have developed what I believe to be just right ocd habits. If she accidentally touches something on one side then she feels the need to repeat on other side, this could be any part of her body. She is constantly avoiding lines or thresholds on the ground. I feel like it is more obvious when she is tired. Any tips?

Have you spoken to the SENCO at school? They may have some suggestions and strategies.
This site has some great info with links to other sites.

Try to reach out to the therapist at school so they could guide you regarding this. A tip for it is to stop the child from doing this behavior with reasoning and if they are unable to listen or implement that then you could use positive punishment which could be done to avoid that act.
