If all the milestones of a child are reached on time and no one in the family has diagnosis of neurodiversity issues then what could be named for the behavioral issues in children?

A diagnosis of a neurodivergence is not dependent on not hitting milestones. I am pretty sure adhd is not associated with developmental delays? That can lead to a higher incidence of mental health issues.

Also, a lot of neurodivergent adults are undiagnosed.

I assume you mean asd though? Not sure about whether developmental delays are integral to an asd diagnosis. I thought diagnostic features just had to be there from birth?

Again, in neurodivergent families lots of things get overlooked as they are "normal for the family". Do you think you or you OH could be neurodivergent?
