Young Vibes

I have had issues with my son for many years, probably too long and deep to go into here. However, in desperation I contacted a group called young vibes. After an hour zoom call I was put straight to a payment page and paid the first week up front . I wasn't intending to do that, I just wanted information. I did feel enormously pressured. The person I spoke to told me how supported I would be I tried to tell him the reasons for joining, he pushed it aside and said Kelly, we've heard it all. Everyone here has been through what you're going through. I wish I had stopped at that point... he went on to tell me how straight away you're put in a group chat on WhatsApp where you will be speaking to mothers just like yourself, that you watch three videos a day and you are encouraged to attend as many zoom calls as possible and that there are yoga videos morning and evening to help you relax. The thought of support and kindness was irresistible to me. As soon as I started though, I knew I'd made a mistake. The group chat is full of desperate women talking over each other, no one supports you because they are looking for support themselves. Sam pops up in the group chat and I was horrified by the way she spoke to some of the women. i stuck it for a few days until I saw some disgusting videos that she had put on and the way she spoke about people was revolting and clearly the stories she tells are embellished orange fabricated. In the chat she asked people to put a review on Trust pilot so I did, then I went on the group chat to tell her I had done that, wished everyone good luck and said this is not for me m Within two hours they had challenged my review on Trust pilot, specifically the part where I mentioned Sam and what she has done. Luckily I have taken some screen recordings of the videos
No one ever answers the phones, I tried to cancel almost immediately I've asked for refunds and my emails are ignored as well as the calls. I get to she is trying to tell people to show tough love. I don't, know whether there is any merit in this however we would all agree one size does not fit all and for me the issues were a lot more deep than my son not wanting to go to school it was so much more nuanced . I urge people please do not part with your money on the basis of them smarming you on a zoom call

There’s years of history here, radio 4 documentary and trading standards investigations. She does not sign up to any regulatory body for mental health support and is ruthless, all about the money. Coaching is delivered by 18-21 year old and none of them have any training. When things get too hot she just changed the company name and starts again.
