How can technology support learning without harming neurodivergent children?

Years ago it was rare that kids faced difficulty in learning but the use of technology has now made it difficult for them to learn at their own. They do not put an effort and use AI tools excessively. This is affecting their brains negatively and I have observed that children with neurodiversity get to have worse conditions due to this? How in this world of technology can we improve this and help neuodivergent kids?

There have always been kids who struggled with learning. In the past, they were ignored or put in special schools with no teaching or dropped out of school.

tech can help learning but can also harm, and it is v hard to do real randomised controlled trials and work out what helps.

the question you are asking is massive- people could write whole books and still not have an answer. Different things work for different kids in different contexts and different ages.
