Can anyone recommend a child psychiatrist for my 15 yr old in the London area that isn’t extortionate please?

There is a shortage and therefore the cost will be high, gook luck in finding one.

Out of curiosity, why are you looking for a psychiatrist, specifically, and why not going through CAMHS?
