CAMHS, lack of meds review

My daughter is nearly 15 and has a diagnosis of ASD and a severe learning disability. Her behaviour is challenging and she presents as anxious and has OCD traits.

She is under CAMHS and is currently prescribed Sertraline. The sertraline made a huge difference to start with but she desperately needs a review as I think she’s outgrown the dose she’s on. Due to her spiralling behaviour, I called the clinic and pleaded for an emergency review, I have called Social Services myself and told them I can’t cope m, they are trying to chase for a review. What else can I do?

I’d happily pay a private psychiatrist to see her but I don’t know where to start?

You can ring the priory and ask for a private paediatric psychiatry appointment. It's not hugely expensive and can be done over zoom.
