Behavioral issues, emotional or neurodivergent?!

I have a 4 year old daughter, 5 in July, in the last few months we have noticed a huge change in her behaviour and emotional behaviour. Don't get me wrong I know very well that children go through phases and sometimes are basically horrible human beings for a while, weve been through that, but this is definitely different. Her emotions are at an extreme, she is constantly arguing, back chatting, grunting and we are having huge issues when she comes out of school/is walking home. She has this almost obsessive need to walk out of school with a set of friends, obviously this can't always happen and when it doesn't she absolutely loses the plot. Sometimes she is crying to the point of hyperventilating.
I've gone through lots in my head, is she tired, has she got bi polar, has she got a neuro divergent element. I just don't know what to do or where to turn. Me and my partner are both mentally and physically exhausted and it's just never ending.

I had similar with mine (June birthday), and eventually put it down to being hungry AND tired. Always took a snack with me for the school run eg banana, peanut butter sandwich (cut into bite size pieces), precut apple, small pieces of flapjack etc so it could be snacked upon quickly, and invariably mood recovered rapidly.
