Hello there everyone my daughter is age 10 has school refusal due to anxiety and has sensors isssues high over sensitive. Since she start away back nursery school I noticed she as very different had to change nursery sit in new nursery a full term until she let me go.. Only in p1 she had good attendance and things feel normal now p5.. Since p2 I have asked and begged for help as I knew she was different and struggling attend school. P3 teacher shouted at my daughter I did not blame the teacher a simple told head master that it my daughter she has to be spoke in a right manner she came deal with negative or been shouted or pointed and head master called soical work. Unnecessary tho I didn't want any fighting with school just want help for my child. Now everything a dais a was lying all my fault and yes they got psychologist which I did miss as my own health tho engaged with speech therapist School Nurse therapist Social Worker Tc and they sent this all to panel and wrote lies again is t me saying I did not cooperate. Even low school nurse said she has bad anxiety and sensory issues play therapist telling me about masking neurodivergent all completely new to me n ver heard of all this b4. At oannel made me out if a was a lair and want to lace my do to on a compulsory supervision order I didn't agree with this then in end I said okay as they said only way she my daughter will get help now in p5 my daughter completey refuse to go to school as she frightens as all the psychologist people to Help have caused on more trauma n the school and also been builled again she simply won't go and school are telling me then can't do nothing and soical work threatjing me with child protection
I am awaintg A new lawyer but this is out or control and my daughter has no education only me help her and school telling me to send her else where ..
I do know that they should be educationg my daughter at home also soical work over a year have still failed to provide the out door education she is just not getting any help and my daughter is petrified f school also think they telling her she will be taking of me
