advice needed
I am currently waiting for my solicitor to sort a child arrangement order as my ex is making it very difficult to see my children.
when I have seen them they go home and she says they are distraught and they don’t want to see me again etc.
when I see them they are so happy, no behavioural or emotional problems. But when they’re at home she can’t get them ready for school, they must behave apparently and use swear words. I’ve never heard this.
my mum thinks it’s emotional abuse, they are being punished for having fun with me.
they are told they shouldn’t be seeing me, my eldest (6) is told she is naughty and making mummy cry all the time. They aren’t allowed to want to see me. She thinks they should be with her or no one. They are put down and controlled. They are 6 and 4.
I am getting in touch with school to find out how they are there.
is this emotional abuse? I don’t want to mention it to my solicitor unless I’m sure.
