I have a highly sensitive & year old. Is there any decent resources anyone can recommend?

Can you give examples?

In my experience, highly sensitive children are usually autistic.

Sensitive in what way?

I agree. Do you want resources to help you understand them, or resources to help them understand themselves, or resources to help you help them with emotional regulation, building resilience, perfectionism or rejection dysphoria perhaps?

@Holly485id love any/all of these if you have any suggestions?

I completely disagree with this.
For resources, there's a book called The Highly Sensitive Child by Elaine Aron , I haven't read it but she's respected in this area.
