My 18yo dc s at a send provision atm. I already posted this in the sen section but want to see if I can get more ideas from the parents from this section. My dc had very traumatic experiences from the last send provision due to mismanagement and now it got more difficult to get dc engaged with education. I don’t think I can support her and prepare her for adulthood anymore as she goes against me all the times. I feel she needs supports from professional inputs rather than from me or any family members.
Would anyone share their experience and knowledge re residential or supported living?
