Intrusive thoughts

Awful 12 hours spent in a & e after daughter 12 started having intrusive thoughts and threatening suicide. CAHMs assessed her and have sent her home. Terrified to let her out my sight.

Sorry to hear this, that must have been very scary. Are CAMHS offering any follow-up? Did they develop a safety plan with you and your daughter?
