Bulimia and self harm

My daughter is bulimic and self harms. She moved her boyfriend into my home a year ago against my wishes. She and her boyfriend contribute nothing financially. When I tell them I want the boyfriend gone She reacts by self harming or overdosing. What can I do?

Follow through then get her additional help?
How old is she?
Is she under a mental health team?
Does she self harm at any other time or just to manipulate you?
Does she have any SEN diagnosis?
Does she have a social worker?
After overdosing does she receive any inpatient psychiatric care?
