in what way have the surgeries failed? and what surgeries were trialed?
who is the specialist in charge of his care?

He was born as a premature baby and was born with major hypospadias, he's under the care of urology at Wythenashaw and Manchester ... I'm taking him back to A&E today but I know he'll be admitted because he's struggling to pass urine again , ever since they moved his uretha hole to the tip it hadn't healed on his last op they moved his tip back down but that's done the same thing ... So at this point I don't even know what to do who to speak to , apart from the GP who I'm booked to see in a few days to see if we can get a second opinion

I’m so sorry you and your son are going through this. Could a suprapubic catheter be placed to keep him comfortable and protect his kidneys? In your shoes I would feel reluctant to keep putting him through more surgery which I can only imagine is creating lots of scar tissue. I hope you can find a solution for your DS 🫂
