Should I be concerned?

The mother of my child (3.5yrs old) and I parted ways about a year ago, we've been through the custody stuff and have a CAO in place.

However, I'm starting to get worried about how our daughter behaves with mom compared to myself...

Her mother describes our daughter as "emotionally flat" and says she has "behavioural issues".

I don't see this side of my daughter at all - I see a happy, energetic little girl, full of laughter and affection.

Should I be concerned by mom's comments? Should I question what is happening at mom's for her to become "emotionally flat"?

I don't know, maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree, but something feels off.

To illustrate her point, mom sent me a video showing our daughter on the floor, clearly very tired with her mother standing over her saying "come on, you've wet yourself".
