@Archiesmum I hope you don’t mind me tagging you but i saw on another post that you are a CBT practitioner.
My DD has been offered meds from CAMHS but the list for CBT is too long so I am considering private help.
She has panic attacks and it gets her down, low mood but not all of the time, mild self harm, intrusive thoughts
Which is best CBT or DBT?
Do you think medication on its own is enough?
How successful is CBT for panic attacks? They can be quite random
