Young Vibes Anxiety Solutions

I have recently come across Young Vibes organisation who treat anxiety in children and young adults. I am at my wits end how to help my DS 21yrs after trying everything and the NHS completely failing him. I looked at their testimonials and Trust Pilot reviews and was impressed so signed up.
However I have just seen all the awful feedback on here about them. It is mostly related yo the high cost but this has now changed and they offer the vourse at £55 per week.
I'm willing to try but am concerned that their methods may make my son worse. I just don't have anywhere else to turn.

Correction: what other autistic traits was she showing?

Please do NOT sign up to this.
It is a pyramid scheme that has been investigated by the BBC and shut down many times, but has unfortunately reopened time and time again under false pretences and new names claiming they guarantee they will ‘fix’ your child.
A woman named India Colius Ried was responsible for our child and she is uneducated and unqualified. Sam and Martin Robbins are the leaders and their entire team are a bunch of unethical, corrupt people who take advantage of vulnerable people in times of desperation and stress.
They threaten you and take every opportunity to dampen you.
They thrive financially off you, please avoid.
Your child will be better off with a qualified therapist.

Them for the FREE CALL. THANKS ALL

Thank god for mumsnet!! I'm at rock bottom with my daughter and came across their FB ads. I thought right, maybe we could do a few weeks at £75, put it on the credit card and see if it helps. Even though, I more than anything wanted a miracle solution, I'm so glad I googled further!

TeenDivided · 09/05/2025 05:39

@MrsMagsey I'm not convinced miracles exist on anxiety, though mine is much better than she was. There are other threads here giving suggestions or start your own.

For mine a mixture if meds & counselling helped. I have a thread under a slightly different name called 'there is hope' or some such.

Best wishes.

@Gizgog did you really do this? Cynically I think you are someone from the company in his this was written, but if genuine, I look forward to your answer from other reply asking what changes you actually made for your child

Because we ALL KNOW Sam and Martin write this BS and invade this space. Sam is not well herself, she is in no position to heal anyone. She is not educated. Nor is Martin.

This sounds like Sam and all the BS Ads she has on Trust pilot.

As someone who dropped $5,000 on this totally fraudulent company, listen to this. My daughter did SO MUCH BETTER on Therapy. And insurance helps with that. Sam and Martin took a FB marketing class. They know how to market, they do not know how to help your family.

Absolutely. The "rock bottom" and the suggestion to put it on a credit card. Predatory. There's been another name change too. I challenged this on Facebook and they said they were rebranding again. Who rebrands 8 times?

Dishonest people re-brand 8 times. Most brands work to build trust WITH ONE BRAND. That BBC report on them was truly disturbing.

OceanR · 12/10/2025 19:05

As a family we went through the programme with Young Vibes, it was the most eye opening thing we have done and was worth every penny to now have my child back to the happy girl she was before the anxiety started. I would recommend joining this programme 100%! The team are amazing and help you through it, with daily zooms calls with other parents so you don’t have to feeling lonely and like you are the only one going through it.

I would definitely do this programme it helped our whole family when we were at rock bottom and didn’t know where to turn. We went from screaming matches and tears every morning so not happily going off to school every day with her friends. Was the best thing we ever did!

TeenDivided · 14/10/2025 08:36

Hi @OceanR . Welcome to MN (unless you name changed for this).

Can you tell us the best 3 bits of advice you got from them?

OceanR · 14/10/2025 19:06

a lot of it was down to how we as parents deal with the situation. When my child was crying about going to school I would react badly and start screaming and shouting which just made the situation 100 times worse. Following the video and listening to the zoom calls with all the other parents made me understand what I should be doing. It was great to hear other parents in the same situation as you, it makes you realise you aren’t the only one going through it. Other people, even family don’t understand the effects of having anxiety and just saying take her phone off her if she doesn’t do what she is told is not the answer!

kez1982 · 23/10/2025 07:06

Yes they are a scam, very MLM/ cult vibes from this business, especially their videos and how they talk about "on boarding". I had the displeasure of talking to Sam when I was thinking of joining, I had some issues getting hold of people to ask questions about what they do and I was getting frustrated as no one got back to me so I sent an email and Sam asked me to give her a ring which I did. She was so rude to me that I decided after getting off the phone call to her to not continue any further and I'm so glad I did because since last summer she has changed the name of her business at least three times. Don't engage with this business and try and help other people swerve them too before they spend money on something so dodgy!

shockedandnumb · 23/10/2025 11:30

She was so rude to me, too. We had a call booked. I didn't expect her to be on the other end while walking her dogs, one of which had run off. I couldn't hear her very well because of the wind, and I should have flipping walked away when she said "No wonder your son is anxious about going to school if you're making him go!" I should never have signed up and paid £75 a week just to be ridiculed as a parent trying to navigate this new world we found ourselves in, or made to watch video after video after video of Sam talking about her own anxiety. They lock you in to watch the videos in sequence before your child can even start their part of the course, just so they can squeeze money out of you week after week. I rushed through the videos as they became so repetitive. They said I had to go back and do them all again. It's at that point I left. I got absolutely nothing out of it at all.

They have changed their name over and over, and now it seems, Sam doesn't appear in their ads so much now (which is great as her gooning face kept popping up on my feed causing me to flip her the bird every time) and it looks like she is multiple using young women on her socials (no idea of their credentials) to do her dirty work. And what dirty work it is!

"no wonder he's anxious if you are sending him to school" hang on a minute.....isn't that what her "business" is all about, getting children back to school? I'm sorry you have had to deal with her. You might want to listen to BBC sounds File on four as her anxiety course is investigated.

Hi all I'd not come across this thread but have been on 2 or 3 others about this same company. You'll see my responses in those, but in brief STAY AWAY especially if there is also diagnosed or possible neurodivergence. We wasted £000s and came out so much worse off. And not because we [parents] didn't try but because they are unknowledgable, unpleasant, predatory people.
