I’ve just read the article on MN on children’s anxiety and mental health. My 5 yr old is due to start therapy this week, he has anxiety around using a toilet and it’s really starting to affect him at school now he doesn’t want to go at all. In September he was the most enthusiastic kid at the gate, now I have to drag him in.
Anyway this article lead on to another piece about mindfulness and yoga for kids and how you can start your day with it etc. does anyone practice this with their kids? Do you do it as soon as you get up? Does it help them?
Im pretty much willing to try anything atm!
