Any advice- my 7 year old seems to really struggle settling at bed time. We have a very good routine that's always worked well but hes recently struggling with anxiety and it's getting later and later before he finally sleeps and its disturbing his siblings now. The routine starts at 7 and he's always in bed by 7.30. He's allowed to read a book until 8 latest then has to try sleep. Lately though, hes like a yo yo and even tonight he's still awake now and i absolutely feel like im failing somwwhere and i just cant figure out what else to do. Any advice on anxiety and sleep?!
