Today I was told that DD15 reached the top of the waiting list and will defnitely have her assessment with a psychatris in February.
She suffers from acute anxiety (and is ASD) and I’m hoping for meds to take the edge off and she can maybe have a more normal life.
Is there anything I should know / do prior to the session?
Anyone here with teens on anxiety meds? Is it helping?
