Good anxiety resources

I am looking for some decent resources/apps for dd (12). She's always been anxious - sadly strong family trait. Going through a bad patch atm.

Shes had bits of help before and we saw the Gp recently due to some panic attacks. He gave us some online resources which were a bit meh (she's a very bright girl and this was a bit young for her so the eyes were a rollin').

Mostly she's into over think territory at the moment so maybe some stuff re mindfulness and being in the moment would be good.

Thanks

Try anxiety UK. They have a helpline and lots of info.
