Hi. Does anyone have experience with this private company? We've been on a waiting list for over 3 years so finally made the decision to go private.
The consultation was great and we were really listened to and came up with a medication plan. We've paid the invoice for the package and prescription, but now haven't heard from them. Do you get a confirmation email for the prescription (we had one for paying the package).
How long does it take to arrive?
