My son (11yr) has taken to not sleeping staying awake night after night , he had said he frightened he won't wake up, when I've pushed this he said he was joking, he gets and I use the word paranoid although I don't like that word, of other people, always thinking they looking at him, discussing him.
I'm worried, anyone any ideas
