My son had selective mutism. He is 2.5 years old. He speaks so well and in full sentences at home but you get him to nursery and he shuts down. He does not even speak to me at nursery.
I went into his nursery today because we are potty training and he is perfect at home but has many accidents at home.
I am getting him help through a speech and language therapist but has anyone else dealt with this? How can I help him?
