Looking for advice
My 14 dd is obviously struggling. I have asked the school to put in assessments for adhd &, autism. But it's a long long process.
At the moment her attendance is 30% overall. I am so worried & sad for her
I would say she has left the house 4 times in the last 4 weeks. But it is straight into a car and straight out. And only if she thinks its quiet (, like beach/walking the dog) She won't go anywhere where there is lots of people.

She got into an argument with a girl from school 2 months ago, this has led to her thinking everyone in school hates her.
No matter how much I say, people have moved on, and remind her no one is going to remember, it was 1 tiny row. she can't get over the feeling of no one liking her.

I can't force her to do anything or go anywhere, her anxiety sends her into meltdowns that can be destructive ,& scary for all.

I have spoken to gp who has put in referral to mh services but there waiting lists are so so long. The gp refuse to do anything else until she has had her assessments. Private therapy is not an option as it's unaffordable for us. She is becoming more & more isolated. Her mh seems to be getting worse & worse.

& I'm feeling useless & desperately sad for her.
She had friends until this row. Now she has no one. The fact that she doesn't go to school to forge friendships isn't helping. But she can't see that.
I can't pinpoint what it was that has triggered this. She has always suffered with anxiety. It's like she was born with it.

She finds it hard to say how she feels so is really struggling to described what it is that is going on for her
