3 year old refusing to go with father

Hi where in middle of court. It’s now move to go to the fathers home. She went first visit fine but came back distressed. Has been refusing to go since. Crying screaming won’t get out of car. She has said her father slap her. I’m just wondering has anyone experience this. What was outcome from the courts.

Have you reported this to social care? I would not be sending her back until I know he can keep her safe.

Don't send her back until you know she's safe!

The court expects me to take her to a play area and then the father attempts to take her in car to his home. Last visit because of court order I had to take her in and she roar and cried and refused to get out of the car to go into play area because daddy was there. Like what child does not want to go into play area. He and his family are just making up lies

As others are saying, no matter what the father’s family are saying, don’t take her back until you see social care for advice
