Hello, can anyone recommend any self-help books for trauma caused by secondary school? Highly anxious, probably autistic 12 year old, unsuccessful year 7 transition. He is waiting for face to face professional help but I just wondered whether there was anything we could read together in the meantime. Many thanks.
