DD12 ADHD/ASD periods question

Hi!

My DD is struggling to deal with her periods and changing her pads etc

Has anyone any experience with this being easier with the period pants? She hates anything tight of course so I'm wondering whether to stick it out with the pads or try the pants!

Anyone got advice or experience?

My daughter uses the pance they are great as they last whole day at school

My dds use the pants. Try the high waisted ones? My dd with asd also hates tight waistbands but says they’re comfy.

Reporting back. I ordered ModiBodi pants for her. So so so much better. She's a lot happier dealing with those.
