What should i expect from a gp appointment?

I am going to ask for a gp appointment for my 12 year old. She is extremely anxious about pretty much everything. She curled up crying in a ball in the opticians on friday and i realised this has gone well past normal behaviour now.

We have 6 children - two of her sisters are autistic so i think i need to mention that to the gp but i would also like to rule out physical causes as she often claims she feels faint which i have put down to anxiety (its always when we are out etc)

She isnt self harming or suicidal or anything like that.

If i send an e consult request what should i expect to happen from there?

Of we physically have to go to the doctor she will probably start crying as soon as anyone talks to her buy i would really like them to physically see her to check her over.

I am quite worried about her tonight !
