Recommendation for CBT therapist

Can anyone recommend a therapist/counsellor for CBT for anxious teen in Surrey/Hampshire/Sussex area? Struggling to find someone with availability

Increasingly people are offering online therapy. If this is something you and your daughter would consider then you can broaden your search.

@WindowsSmindows Thank you - that is an option but the consultant that we saw (online) advised that my DD really needs an in-person appointment, although I don't even know how many therapists are even offering that at the moment!
