Are there any? I should just google I guess. Feeling fed up, worn out and patronised by the professionals.

I haven’t found google very helpful, I joined this awful club last night when my 16 year old DD, announced that she didn’t want to live anymore.

I’m totally out of my depth.

We have a support thread here if you want to join us.

Not a support group but Young Minds have a parents helpline.

Thank you. @1jumpforward2back
@SassenachWitch I feel out of my depth too. I knew I wouldn’t be alone though. Hugs to you and your daughter x

Look up Parenting Mental Health on Facebook, run by Suzanne Alderson, hugely supporting, welcoming, helpful, makes you feel you're not alone. So much compassion and understanding from the group members. Regular webinars and events to help you understand. It's been such a lifeline for me.
