Hello everyone, am in need of some advice.
In Dec 2018 my ex and his wife made some false allegations about me and subsequently were granted custody of my son (who has been with me since birth).
I still have access but the past 18months have been really hard.
They changed my sons school and the wife is on the PTA so I get no support that end.
I am worried for my sons mental health. He doesn't want to live with them and repeatedly asks when he can come home (he is nearly 8).
They have another child, and my son has expressed that they favour the other child over him. He isn't allowed to socialise with his class friends outside school ( they don't allow him to go to bday parties), and they don't allow him to do anything extracurricular (but the other child does ballet and has friends to play).
My ex won't talk to me and I really don't know what to do. I also know that they censor what my son tells me and he seems scared of the stepmother and his dad.
If anyone has any advice it would be most appreciated xx
