14yo daughter suddenly refusing to eat or get up. Anxiety or something more serious?

My 14yo already has anxiety which she has had cbt for through barnardos, but about 3 days ago she began to say she feels a bit sick and wobbly (She doesn't have a fever and hasn't been sick) and hasn't touched a single morsel since Saturday. Only water. She says she feels anxious and she already has an irrational phobia of vomit (great combo for a sick kid I know) she's totally refusing to get out of bed. This is not normal for her even though she is introverted. She is not talking to her friends or using social media (her usual passtimes) at all. She has long been a skinny girl and has been monitored for her low weight when she was 9 or 10 but has always refused high fat or protein foods....only healthy stuff and not much of it at that. Does this sound like it could be an eating disorder or an anxiety attack to anyone with experience? Or am I just being paranoid. Who should I contact about her if it continues?

Well it could be corona virus. Children don't tend to get all the symptoms, but not feeling like eating is one of them, as is serious fatigue.

Or it could be depression or anxiety.

Or it could be that she, unconsciously, is trying to exert control on some aspect of her life (eating) when she has lost control so many other areas. That could lead to an eating disorder, I'd imagine.

Call GP perhaps as first step? They are still doing phone calls.
