Prozac dosage?

Hi all just wondering what doseage of Prozac is fairly average for a 15 year old? She is on 20mg now per day but while I think initially it gave a bit of a lift , it's not doing much now. Will be speaking to her doctor in next few days so maybe she will increase it. Anyone have any experience of this? Thank you

My daughter went from 20 mg to 40 mg when she was 16. I don't want to post any more publicly but am happy to chat by PM.

My daughter went from 20 to 40 but struggled with nausea (side effect), so now we do 20/20/40 and that seems to have sorted out the nausea at any rate!

Thank you both, the doctor has increased it so I'm hoping it will help, she doesn't seem to be suffering any significant side effects
