I am posting for a friend. Her son aged 34 has major mental health problems. He lives alone in Salford, Manchester, and is without any fresh food. He believes that he has had coronovirus (although not been tested). Does anyone know if there are any local volunteer groups delivering food to vulnerable people?

can you try corona virus mutual aid group, if you put in your post code they are all over the country.

Also next-door is an app for neighbours who help each other out.

Why can't your friend help? Sorry if that's obviously not possible.

Local Facebook pages etc

Thank you for your replies. My friend can't help her son directly as he lives over 100 miles away from her. I will have a look at all the ideas. Many thanks.
