Neurodevelopmental Concluding Appointment with CAMHS

As the title says, we have an appointment tomorrow with CAMHS to tell us weather or not our daughter has an ASD.
I first contacted her GP three years ago with my concerns, and now we will find out what the diagnosis is.
I'm worried about this because I know she has lots of difficulties that other kids her age (16) don't seem to have, and whatever the experts say she will continue to have those difficulties.
I'm worried that if she doesn't get a diagnosis then I've dragged her to all these appointments over the years for nothing.

What if I haven't properly conveyed to them her problems? She's very intelligent and doesn't seem at first to have anything wrong other than shyness, but I know it's more than that.

Does anyone know what the chances of her getting a positive diagnosis are?

Hi, I have the same fear, next week have the neurodevelopmental assessment for DC 11, all you can hope for is that they take everything into consideration and come to the right conclusion.
