I'm looking for some help/ideas on how to live with an older child/young man who suffers chronically.

We have good days and bad, but the bad are so very bad.

We are exhausted with it.

Thank you

I'm sorry you're going through this. Is your child getting treatment through therapy, antidepressants, etc?

Thanks for replying. He's not on any medication, because he thinks he doesn't need meds.

Phimma Is he open to seeing a gp, who could recommend other forms of treatment?
Has he always been a slightly anxious child? Or do you think it may have been triggered by a certain situation?

He did go eventually, but refused to believe he needed meds. He is open to CBT though so we cling on to him actually going to a session.

I'm just so tired with it all
