My 11yr old DD had a anxious episode a few days ago. She couldn't tell me why she was so anxious because she said she didn't know. She knew she was safe but she felt so anxious it bought her to tears. She's told me it happens randomly & that she doesn't know why. I'm worried about her. She seemed her usual self over the weekend but she seems exhausted today. I haven't taken her to the doctors yet but I'm beginning to think I should.
