My DC has started biting his nails constantly since i left EA ex last year. He didn't do it at all before. It's almost obsessive and he can't stop although I've tried rewards, discussing it with him, talking about the situation etc.
It's much worse when returning to mine from ex and he's usually emotionally quite fragile then. His dad says inappropriate stuff to him about me and continues his abuse in that way and it's upsetting him.
Any suggestions of what to do to try to address this biting?
