ASD and school refusal

Dd 14 has ASD, a statement of SEN yet to be transferred to EHCP, a school that I have bullied mercilessly to force them to provide support for dd but even so it's not enough and dd is refusing to attend.
School referred to CAMHS who refused the referral, GP referred to CAMHS and the referral has been deemed not urgent and might well be refused again (I will find out next week)
My gut instinct is that dd isn't well enough to attend school however I don't think my opinion will be respected especially if CAMHS deem her not in need of support so seeking advice on what to do.

Sounds tricky, do you have an education welfare worker you can contact? Sometimes there schoolbased and other times within social care (the support end nothing heavy) sounds like they would be useful to give the school a kick into gear and get a plan in place.
