Anxiety

My daughter is 9 and she's having anxiety, she's pulling out her eyelashes. :( I did the semester when I was a kid and felt stressed.
The source of her anxiety is me, I do my best but things haven't been easy since her baby sister arrived. I don't know why but I haven't got much belief that GP would help her.
How can I help her?

It’s a tricky one as it sounds as though your anxiety is a significant factor. Do you receive any help yourself? You could try teaching alternative things instead of eyelash pulling eg. Pulling pva glue off skin, distraction ideas etc
