Tonight we found a home made diary where my 8 year old step daughter has wrote some very angry entires about me and her dad.
We are close and did not know she felt this way.
It feels more than just an 'I hate you because I am not getting my own way' it is quite vicious. She is not at all vicious and uses language I have never heard her use before.
It feels very out of character. What should we do?
