My little one age four is literally driving me insane !!! Worrys constantly about swallowing things and what would or could happen if he does, other example worries about swallowing objects not food or drink any help or advice , should I take him to docs or is this normal at this age I just don't know 😢

Chat it through with gp.. The anxieties sound higher and more specific than you'd expect at age 4. Even if the advice is around supporting you to support DD, that may be useful??
