Is my 14 year old having anxiety attacks or is it a teenager thing?

Hello, I think my 14 year old boy is faking illness especially during or just before tests/exams in school. I'm sure it is normal but what I'm not sure about is how to handle it without coming accross as an uncaring mother who doesn't believe he's ill or an over worried mum who thinks her son is ill too often. Any tips?

Keep talking and also contact the school. Don't dismiss it as life is going to get a whole lot more stressful as soon as GCSEs get started.
